Coach: Kayla Fourkiller
Building a new program and implementing a new system is never easy, but Southmoore head coach Kayla Fourkiller is looking forward to the challenge. “We are young but have a lot of potential and talent,” said coach Fourkiller. “The girls work hard and are very coachable. We are building a new program here at Southmoore and working toward a successful season.” Zya Vann (5-8, So.) will run the point for coach Fourkiller giving Southmoore a player who can see the floor and score from all three levels. Kennedy Fridia (5-5, So.) is one of the hardest workers on the team and a great defender. She can handle the rock and get to the goal. Brianah Wren (5-8, Fr.) is a young guard who can score around the bucket and from the outside extremely well. Jenna McManus (5-8, Jr.) is a combo guard who can shoot the three well and can score around the basket. Other players to watch include Caroliena Diaz (6-1, Jr.) at forward, Talia Vann (6-2, Fr.) at post, Jessica McManus (5-8, Jr.) at guard and Kaydence Petit (5-7, Fr.) at guard.
