“Brianah is a young guard who can score around the bucket and from the outside extremely well,” said coach Kayla Fourkiller.
Wren may only be a freshman, but her presence on the court is already being felt. We paused to find out more about this underclassman to watch.
VYPE: Brianah, what do you love most about this team and your teammates?
Wren: I feel like they’re more like my family rather than my team. I know I can count on them on and off the court.
VYPE: In the classroom, what is your favorite subject, and do you have a favorite teacher?
Wren: Kinda nerdy, but my favorite subject is math, which is also taught by my favorite teacher, Coach Walk.
VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life, on or off the court?
Wren: My biggest influence in my life was my dad. He taught me everything from learning how to dribble a ball to being who I am today. Although, he’s not here with me anymore, I continue to push myself in school and in basketball like he would want me to.
